The process

Message the desk on Telegram — buy or sell, the amount, and how you'd like to settle. You get a personal quote, not a form. Rates are live on our public channel all day.
Emirates ID, photographed in the chat. One time, free, no external websites. Approved usually within 1–2 working days — after that, every future trade is just a message.
At our Burjuman desk, by appointment. Crypto is verified on-chain while you watch; cash is counted in front of you. Nothing changes hands until both sides are confirmed.

Trades start at 50,000 AED. First trade up to 200,000 AED — limits rise with your history at the desk.
Appointment only — Burjuman area, Dubai. Monday to Saturday, 11:00–20:00. Exact address shared once you're approved.
We are not a custodian. We never hold client funds — trades settle hand-to-hand while you're present.
